Vacation home rentals of less than six months are subject to 6% Florida Sales Tax and 3% Lee County Tourist Development Tax.
A 25% deposit is required 75 days
before check-in to hold reservations. The deposit will be returned or credited to your credit card upon
inspection after move out.
